Champions of the Breakfast
Step up and help build unity in the Body of Christ through the TPB.
Advertising is great, but there’s no substitute for Believers who champion the cause of city-wide Christian unity in their congregations, workplaces and church networks.
We encourage Christians to take ownership of their congregation’s participation at the Breakfast. After getting approval from your congregational leaders, you can put together a church table with your senior leadership, prayer warriors, marketplace leaders and anyone else who wants to attend.
The Process
Some congregations pay for their table from their operating budget, others encourage everyone to pay individually. Once you ascertain that you have 10 people willing to attend, you can purchase the table online, and collect the funds from each person. Many banks now have a ‘Split with Friends’ app that allows you to easily collect funds from people using email/eTransfers.

The Toronto Prayer Breakfast is produced by an all-volunteer team of local Christians from various congregations, para-church ministries and businesses, and the event is run on a cost-recovery basis. Any surplus funds are forwarded to the next Breakfast event.
